Campaign Calendar Metrics

Metrics are available on the Campaign Calendar (against each campaign) and Track Analysis (against each track within a Campaign).

Note that once a Campaign has completed the metric capture will continue for another two days to ensure all audience exclusions are captured.

Campaign Calendar

The following metrics are available on the campaign calendar, and are representative of all data within a Campaign:

  • Audience: Employs a sum metric calculation to display the total count of all audience members for a particular Campaign, minus any exclusions.
  • Exclusions: Employs a sum metric calculation to display the total count of audience members who have been excluded from a Campaign.
  • Events: Employs a sum metric calculation to display the total number of events captured against the Campaign.

Track Analysis

The following metrics are available on track analysis, which is accessed from the Campaign Calendar:

  • Audience: Employs a sum metric calculation to display the total count of all audience members for a particular Campaign shown at Track level, minus any exclusions.
  • Touches: Employs a sum metric calculation to display the number of touches performed in a particular track, a touch is any outbound communication generated by Campaign Manager, for example a file output or email send.
  • Engagement: Employs an average metric calculation to display the average engagement score for all customers. It is an automatic capture from the campaign system data, and is automatically configured for email. Email Manager feeds back the events that trigger positive or negative engagement score changes on a track basis. For example a recipient opening an email will attribute a positive engagement increment to that recipient.
